In a recent Blog Post Antone, from Geckotribe.com, wrote about how he has been hosting a few large files on a secondary server to prevent overburdening his main server or “overrunning his bandwidth” limit.

He is now using Amazon S3 has his “secondary server”.

If you are NOT aware of Antone, he has created some GREAT software for using RSS feeds on your website. It’s called CaRP and here is the his training video: “How To Install Carp”

The .HTML file is on his main server BUT he is pulling the large video files down from his account at Amazon S3.

…a very nice use of Amazon S3.
